The staff here are very helpful and the room is nicely decorated with a cozy king-size bed, situated in a fantastic location with convenient private parking, overall providing excellent service.

The staff at Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown-Arena were knowledgeable and highly efficient. They helped me with private parking. My room was well-furnished and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and coffee/tea making equipment. I also enjoyed a nice view of downtown from my window.

The hotel is fairly clean with attentive staff. The location is unbeatable, close to the nearby bridge, Old Town, and Sacramento. Reasonably priced and delicious breakfast is offered. Convenient distance from the Amtrak station.

I had a great time at this top-notch hotel with well-furnished and spacious rooms. The restaurant served delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to parks, a river, a movie theater, and a tower.

Upscale and comfortable hotel with a nice view of downtown. Unbeatable and excellent location in a safe area. Adjacent to the mall, Old Town, Capitol building, cafes, shops. Next to the California State Railroad Museum.

The breakfast was well priced and delicious with a wide array of dishes to choose from. The rooms were nicely furnished & cheap with a comfortable king size bed thou.

The location was central, incredible in walking distance of the outdoor mall. Had good sleep at the king room with 2 queen beds.

There were lots of supplies in the room like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and coffee/tea making equipment. The hotel is centrally located near shopping areas, the Golden 1 Center, restaurants, shops, and attractions.

This hotel is in a perfect location for attending concerts at the new event center and walking to Old Sacramento. The convenience of being steps away from the Sacramento Kings and Old Sacramento was excellent. You can easily explore popular attractions like the Railroad Museum, Delta King, and enjoy wonderful shopping and dining experiences within an easy walk. The staff was great and the hotel was clean, from the lobby all the way down to the rooms.

All was fine during my stay.
